Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60 (before taxes and discounts) within the United States.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that shipping times to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

Lost Packages: Contact us at info@drunkendobiehatco.com with your order number and tracking information.

Damaged Packages: Send photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Drunken Dobie Hat Co. is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
