Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for the following:

Items unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Returns initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards.

Final sale items.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:

Email us at info@drunkendobiehatco.com with your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return.

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item:

Follow the return process outlined above.

Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
We recommend placing your new order as soon as possible, as stock availability cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of damaged item and packaging, and we’ll work with you to issue a replacement or refund.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and need to return it, please contact us with the gift order details. Refunds for gift returns will be issued as store credit.
